「醫藥衛生研究資訊網」提供服務之內容是以數位化之形式呈現及儲存之中西文醫藥衛生相關之文獻書目資料庫與全文資料庫為主，共有西文資料庫二十五種（其中八種為全文資料庫），中文五種。西文資料庫因經費與帳號取得受限，依研究需求分為基礎醫學與臨床醫學研究兩種組別，醫藥衛生研究人員可依個別需求申請帳號。未來，則將陸續增加醫學及醫療相關之學術性資料庫，供檢索與全文之取得，以支援國內醫藥衛生研究工作。 |

北榮在1998年提出「醫學辭典數位化」的構想並進一步商得白宏毅醫師同意，以其所編撰之「白氏醫學辭典」為藍本，成立了「榮陽數位化醫學辭典」編輯、建置小組，並以此為第一階段的起步工作。台北榮總僅以此合作模式，希望能建立國內良好的「數位化醫學」的環境，並進而推廣至全球華人、華語所在地區，使醫學資訊化、中文化的成果能因共享而發揚光大。 |
